User guide for our self-service laundry

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays. Our locations at Pawia 34 and Słowackiego 56 are open 24/7. The location at Orlińskiego 1/U17 is open from 6:00 to 2:00.
No, professional-grade detergents and softeners are automatically dispensed during cycles 1 through 5. For your convenience, Programs 6 and 7 are specifically designed to allow you to use your own preferred service1 detergents.
We accept card, cash, and loyalty cards.

• Card: Contactless only.
• Cash: Coins (1-5 PLN) and banknotes (10-50 PLN).
• SQ Loyalty Card: Prepaid card offering discounted rates on all services.

Please note: The system gives out change exclusively in coins.
We offer a variety of programs tailored to different fabrics and load sizes, including options for delicate items and heavy-duty washes. The complete list of available programs is clearly posted on the informational boards inside each of our laundromats.
You can select from Low, Medium, High, and Delicate temperature settings based on your fabric type. service2 time cycles can be set from 15 to 60 minutes in 15-minute increments. We recommend a minimum of two cycles (30 minutes) for optimal results.
